Cancelation and rescheduling policies:
Things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as quickly as possible. Full refunds will be issued for any cancelation 24 hours or more prior to the appointment. Rescheduling only if within 24 hours (you can reschedule up to two times if needed, but after the third rescheduling, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment without refund). Call or email if you require alternate arrangements.

LUCAS REAL ESTATE VIDEO CONFERENCING AND TELECONFERENCING
We have found clients overwhelmingly prefer virtual meetings. You can attend from the comfort of your own home, or anywhere with an internet connection (or phone).
We use industry leading Zoom (and if requested or preferred, Google Meet). Zoom and Google Meet are easy, no account or software required (optional mobile device apps to download and Zoom requires a one-time download for desktop use as well). You will be provided an email with a secure link to your conference. There is no limit on the number of locations and connections to the extent there are additional parties to join.
