East Coast and Midwest transplants are keenly aware of the benefits of legal counsel for the purchase of sale of real estate, as many states find it common place to have legal counsel involved. California has no such requirement; but can provide obvious (and less obvious) benefits to buyers and sellers. Many of our clients are not local.

One Hour Consultations for Legal Questions and Document Review – Paid one-hour consultations are conducted daily and address virtually all questions, options and tax implications and strategies and review and discussion of basic documents such as the California Association of REALTORS® Residential Purchase Agreement, ubiquitous in most California real estate sales. If you desire detailed concierge legal services to review all aspects of your purchase, all documents, and all further documents for signature, we can provide a flat-fee arrangement (that varies slightly based on time-consumption factors, such as if a loan or homeowners association are involved).
