• Consultations – $195 (discount from $295)
• Misc. Legal Transactions. such as document drafting, family transfers, private sales, for sale by owner assistance, etc. – an approximately 15 percent discount will be applied to flat-fee services.
• Home sales and purchases – an approximately 15 percent discount will be applied to commission-based services.
