If we are able to proceed, we will inform all parties of the request to mediate and reach out to schedule (if we have a conflict, we will advise accordingly). Our office will provide a list of available dates and work with the parties to coordinate a mutually agreeable date. If all parties are agreeable to the use of our office, the mediation will proceed. If all parties are not agreeable to our office, you will have to contact another provider.

No payment is required at this time; but payment in full is required two weeks prior to the mediation (exceptions for rush mediations are possible). Review here for costs, cancelation and rescheduling policy.
