It’s official. We are thrilled to be part of the Coldwell Banker Newport Beach office. As some may have heard, our prior real estate brokerage, Villa Real Estate, gave notice a few months back that it would be closing. While every agent had a choice of where to go next, we were fortunate to spend some time and really think about the best decision for our professional careers, loyal clients and future clients. After exploring some options, speaking with colleagues, friends and family, it was ultimately a no brainer… Coldwell Banker Newport Beach is the number one producing Coldwell Banker office and is soon to be the number one producing real estate brokerage in Orange County, if not the nation. The people – from the office manager, to the support staff, to the ability to work with new top talent, and stay close with many of our Villa friends and colleagues who also chose CB – makes it just feel like home. And since blue is Devin’s favorite color, it just works. An overwhelming amount of new ‘tools’ to explore offer both our clients and our business new opportunities to promote listings, ourselves, help buyer clients locate their dream homes, and exposure on a national and international scale that was simply not possible outside of such a large global operation.
